Everyone at Game On is dedicated to your program's success.  We bring a well rounded group of people experienced in college recruiting, process, data management, software design and programming, and customer support.
We take a personal, hands-on approach to our business.  Everyone is involved at every level in making sure we provide the best possible products and service to you.  Even our owners are integrally involved in every facet of the Company:

Managing Director, Owner and Founder
Julie Lewis grew up playing sports.  Upon graduation from college, she worked in the financial industry and obtained her MBA.  She spent the bulk of her career consulting to Fortune 500 companies, several of those years in NYC.  Dissatisfied with the "rat race," Julie retired from consulting to golf and boat and search for the next opportunity.  Some old friends had begun coaching careers, and for fun, at their request, Julie creted a system to help them manage their recruiting information.  Coaches talk...soon more and more coaches became interested in the system and Game On was born (and Julie officially came out of retirement). Strategic Sales Director
Faris Fahed comes to Game On as a seasoned sales professional and former collegiate athlete, having been a four year defensive starter for James Madison University.  Faris has spent 17 years in various sales positions.  His sales philosophy has always been to treat people the way he wants to be treated, simply the Golden Rule.  Whether it was a worker in a customer’s production facility or the owner of the company, his belief has always been that everyone deserves the same level of respect and attention.  Faris also believes that if you tie your name to any product or service, you better believe in that product or service.  As Game On moves into its next phase, we believe Faris' approach is what Game On needs to best meet the needs of our customers.

Sales and Marketing Director
Sarah Lewis played collegiate basketball and tennis.  She spent the early part of her career in sales and marketing and owned a small business.  Sarah later turned to clinical social work, and had her own private practice.  As Game On began to grow, we sought out Sarah's expertise in customer relationship management to help Game On continue its growth and move to the next level.  Sarah takes a very personal approach to every customer and potential customer.  She listens and understands each unique situation, and works to find the best approach for integrating Game On into each team's unique recruiting process.
